GRAPE VARIETIES & WINES

The wines are the result of "naturally" controlled yields. Nature dictates a certain number of constraints and makes the result perfect.

Most of the wines produced are red, a reflection of the grape varieties predominant in the production area: Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Gamay. The wines which bear the Coteaux des Baronnies IGP, whether varietal or blended, are characterised by their balance, their structure, their silky tannins, as well as their complexity and great degree of diversity. It is this richness, derived from one and the same terroir that satisfies the various tastes of different palates. Finally and above all, the freshness of the mountains is the thread, the framework to be found in all of the wines. The whites carry not only this vivacity, but also notes of fresh and tropical fruit.
